A client’s primary competitor completed construction on a significant expansion that either drew away its player base or caused guests to split trips between properties.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

SCORPIO™ identified guests with either realized or unrealized value. Realized was the play they had at the client’s property, whereas unrealized was the potential share of wallet either played at the competitor or used for other entertainment purposes.

SCORPIO™ selected the best players and provided them an offer strategy to consolidate play at their facility rather than splitting visits and diminishing share-of-wallet.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

The consolidation strategy engaged over 24% of the guests, of which 15% of them improved their realized value significantly for an incremental lift of over $200,000 for one month.
